ARCHBISHOP EDWARD A. McCARTHY HIGH SCHOOL, INC.
REGISTRATION AND TUITION AGREEMENT 2010-2011

Non-Refundable Registration Fee of $550.  Early registration discount of $100 if registered before February 23, 2010. 


I understand one of the following tuition rates will apply per the Parish Verification:

  1. General Tuition is $9,500.
  2. Reduced Tuition for Roman Catholic parents non-contributing to an Archdiocese of Miami Roman Catholic Church but whose students are baptized and confirmed in a Roman Catholic Church is $8,800. (Baptismal and Confirmation certificates must be provided to the Tuition Office).
  3. Reduced Tuition for Roman Catholic parents registered, participating and contributing to an Archdiocese of Miami Roman Catholic Church is $7,900. Parish registration will be verified with the Parish.
  • Tuition rates include the following fees: Book Lease of $500 and Activities/Class fees of $300 which include the Science and Computer Labs, Media Center, Student ID Card, Security and Yearbook expenses. 
  •   Tuition rates do not include the $400 senior Graduation Fee.
  • Tuition rates do not include the $125 Raffle Obligation ($100 if submitted on time).
  • First tuition payment, registration fee, book lease, activity fees and graduation fees are non-refundable. 
  • Family discounts of $500 per sibling will be applied by the tuition office upon completion of the online FACTS registration process.
  • Tuition rates include an Archdiocese Assessment fee of $100 per student.
  • Please note that $1,200 of the tuition fee is applied towards the Archbishop McCarthy High School Archdiocesan Debt Service.

TUITION PAYMENT AGREEMENT SCHEDULE

FACTS Tuition Payment Methods:

  • The first tuition payment is due July, 2010; the last tuition payment is due April, 2011.
  • 10 monthly Automatic Bank Draft Payments or Automatic Credit Card Payments byMasterCard, American Express or Discover
    • Payment Date Options:  5th or 20th
  • Payment In Full
    • By July 1 if Budgeted Invoice is selected (mailed check required)
    • By July 5 or July 20 if Automatic Payment Agreement is selected (Automatic Bank Draft or Credit Card required)

All payments for tuition and stewardship will be managed by FACTS Management Company. No registration, tuition or stewardship payments will be accepted in the main office.
NOTE:  FACTS charges an additional 2.5 % convenience fee for the use of credit cards and a $25 returned fee will be assessed to the Responsible Party if a payment attempt fails.

PLEASE NOTE:  I agree that by accepting this tuition agreement for 2010-2011, I am in compliance with the policy that no student will be permitted to attend classes, try-out or participate in activities, take quarterly, semester or final exams, participate in graduation ceremonies, nor will grades or transcripts be released unless the TUITION ACCOUNT, FAMILY STEWARDSHIP, FUNDRAISING, AND ALL OTHER FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS ARE PAID IN FULL.
