WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF ANNUAL FUND?

The Annual Fund Drive is a yearly fundraiser that underwrites the operating budget, programs and projects of Archbishop McCarthy High School. Gifts are solicited from alumni, parents, friends, corporations and foundations.

Constituents can give a restricted or non-restricted gift to the school. Monies raised through the Annual Fund Drive affect all aspects of student life at AMHS! Please consider making a gift to the Annual Drive. Your gift helps ensure the success of quality Catholic education at Archbishop McCarthy High School!

What is the purpose?

The purpose of the Annual Fund Drive is to:

1. Provide financial resources other than tuition to ensure the continual success and improvement of an exceptional Catholic Secondary Education at AMHS.

2. To acquaint parents, alumni, alumni parents, grandparents, and special friends with the vision, mission, objectives, accomplishments, and needs of our school.

3. To invite those persons who believe in and support the vision and aims of AMHS.

4. To foster reoccurring annual gifts from School supporters, including those holding leadership positions in school governance, friends of the school, parents of current students, administration, faculty, staff and community.

5. To realize sufficient restricted and unrestricted financial gifts to advance the School’s scholastic program, enhance its Catholic identity and able it to excel into the future ahead.

Why is my support necessary?

The income the High School receives from tuition and stewardship alone does not cover the cost of the educational opportunities provided at AMHS. Without the annual support of our constituents we could not provide the quality of programs offered to our students. Your gift is a reflection of your commitment to the values of Catholic education. It will help ensure that Archbishop McCarthy High School will be able to continue its mission, academic, extracurricular and religious programs.

Archbishop Edward A. McCarthy High School is a superior Catholic secondary institution. It is the product of dedicated leaders, teachers and staff, and loyal McCarthy family members like you. We celebrate our achievements, but we also look forward to seizing the opportunities of tomorrow.

     I invite you to become annual donor and join one of our Clubs or Circles. Join the many other alumni, parents and friends who have set a fine example by being part of these important groups. A gift at these various levels will help ensure that AMHS continues on its path of achieving extraordinary results through our commitment to the spiritual, academic, physical, and artistic growth of your children.
