ADMISSIONS PROCESS FOR INCOMING FRESHMAN

 

ATTEND THE OPEN HOUSE ON SATURDAY NOV. 7, 2009 (9:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m.)

We invite all prospective students and interested parents to visit on this day. You will be welcomed into the gymnasium and given an information packet. Small group tours will be provided for you with presentations on our academic program, fine arts offerings, and athletic programs. Extracurricular activities information will also be available.

REGISTER FOR THE ENTRANCE EXAM

The entrance exam is required for all incoming freshmen. Students currently in 8th grade must register to take this exam. An entrance exam registration form and $50.00 fee must be submitted to our admissions office no later than January 26, 2010. The exam will be held on January 30, 2010, at 7:30 a.m.

COMPLETE THE ENTRANCE EXAM

The entrance exam will be administered on January 30, 2010. Students who have registered for the exam must arrive on campus at 7:30 a.m. The test lasts approximately 3 hours. Students should bring two #2 pencils. Calculators are not permitted. Appropriate dress is required (long pants, no t-shirts with words, no shorts).

SUBMIT THE COMPLETE APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION

The application for admission is due into the admissions office by the exam date. Parents must be sure to sign the application in order to release records from the student’s current school (report cards, test scores, and a recommendation form will be requested from the current school). A request for verification of registration in a Roman Catholic parish will also be sent to your parish.
