REGISTRATION AND TUITION AGREEMENT  2009-2010

 

Non-Refundable Registration Fee of $450 until February 23, 2009; $550 after February 23rd. 

I understand one of the following tuition rates will apply per the Parish Verification.

1)      General Tuition is $9,200.

 

2)      Reduced Tuition for Roman Catholic parents non-contributing to an Archdiocese of Miami Roman Catholic Church but whose students are baptized and confirmed is $8,500. (Baptismal and Confirmation certificates must be provided to the Tuition Office).

 

3)      Reduced Tuition for Roman Catholic parents registered, participating and contributing to an Archdiocese of Miami Roman Catholic Church is $7,600. Parish registration will be verified with the Parish.

Tuition rates include non-refundable fees for the following: Book Lease ($500) and Activities/Class fees ($300) which includes Yearbook, Science and Computer Lab equipment; Media Center usage; I.D. card and security expenses.

Tuition rates do not include the $400 Senior Graduation Fee or the $100 Student Raffle Obligation ($125 if not submitted on time)

Family Discounts of $500 per sibling will be applied by the tuition office upon completion of the online FACTS registration process.

Note:  $1,200 of tuition fee is applied towards the Archbishop McCarthy High School Archdiocesan debt service.

First tuition payment is due July, 2009; last payment is April, 2010.

First tuition payment, registration fee, and graduation fee are non-refundable.

 

TUITION PAYMENT AGREEMENT SCHEDULE

                                                                                    

FACTS Tuition Payment Methods:

1)      10 Monthly Automatic Bank Draft  Payments or Automatic Credit Card Payments by MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card 

·        Payment Date:  5th or  20th

 

       2)      Payment In Full Due By July 1, 2009

      ·       By Automatic Bank Draft, Credit Card Payment, or Invoice

 

All payments for tuition will be managed by FACTS Management Company. No registration or tuition payment will be accepted in the main office.

NOTE:  FACTS charges an additional 2.5 % convenience fee for the use of a credit cards and a $25 returned fee will be assessed to the Responsible Party if a payment attempt fails.

 

PLEASE NOTE:  I understand that by accepting this tuition agreement for 2009-2010, I am in compliance with the policy that no student will be permitted to attend classes, try-out or

participate in activities, take Quarterly, Semester or Final Exams, participate in graduation ceremonies, nor will grades or transcripts be released unless the TUITION ACCOUNT, FAMILY

STEWARDSHIP, FUNDRAISING, AND ALL OTHER FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS ARE PAID IN FULL.
