About the Collection

The Media Center houses a collection of fiction and non-fiction books, magazines and newspapers.  There are 40 computers equipped with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Reading Counts. Internet access is provided for educational purposes.

Check-Out - Return Materials

Students are responsible for all materials checked out in their name.  The check-out period is two weeks.  Some reference books may be checked out overnight.  Books may be renewed or placed on hold.  Students with excessive outstanding fines cannot check-out additional items. 

Fines and Overdues

The fine for overdue books is $0.10 per school day past the due date. 

Rules for use

Students must conduct themselves in an appropriate fashion at all times and be considerate to others.  Because the Media Center has valuable materials and equipment that could be ruined by accidental spills, food and beverages are not permitted.

Printer/Copy Machine

The printer/copier is located near the entrance of the Media Center and copies cost $0.10 each.
